A:Absolutely,Our software engineer will help you preinstall your paid add ons to the box and design the wizard for you to control the paid add ons.
Q5.How does the warranty work ?
A:Generally,The customer send the broken PCBA back to us,And we send a new box with next order. Customers in Canada,Ireland,Cyprus send the broken PCBA to our local Agent,And we will send a new box
to customer with next order.
